We have a use case for presenting an excel file to be filled out by the ticket submitter and included in the ticket. We’ve created a form for ‘report request’, and with this form - we’d like to have the submitter fill out an excel sheet that has required information and then include it in the ticket submission.
I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar need, and how they were able to accomplish this.
