For the Employee onboarding tool, I notice that you have go in and manually send out reminders each day if someone hasn’t responded to the “Employee Onboarding Request”. Did anyone else find this issue? if so, what did you do as a work around?
There are some major problems with Onboarding. The lack of admin visibility over Onboarding, and ability to have reminders or a central place for someone to see an approval is big.

I have been getting in deep with the API. This can be used pretty effectively. If you are a microsoft customer you can do some cool stuff with Flow. I would be happy to give you a hand if you needed.
