    Hope you are well!

    We had issued the Beta plan for the Workday-Freshservice integration sometime back to get feedback on the integration built. You can reach out to Support or your Account Manager to get some help enabling the feature in your Portal or get an ETA for the same.

    @Ammar KB any update on the release of the Workday integration?  Didn’t see it on the Dec 2023 release notes.
