I would like to create an onboarding automation with a flow something like this:
but it seems that child tickets are created independently from the hiring manager “kit”. I’m new to this so I may be approaching this all wrong. Are there any tutorials or good resources so I can learn/create a good onboard process similar to the flowchart or some better flowchart?
