So I’d like to use the Probe to automatically update the usedBy field and keep track of all individuals that used the laptop , therefore I do not need to manually assign laptops in FreshService , instead it will read the user from AAD
- Is it possible to use it in this way?
- If I do not have a server in the office , is there something else you recommend to do?
