Long time, no see! We thoroughly enjoyed hosting all of you at our very first Freshworks User Network event at The Woodmark Hotel, Seattle on 25th Aug'22.
We wanted to do a #Throwback and take a walk down the memory lane, covering everything that went down at the User Network, for those who missed it!
✅ How it started off
Some fantastic conversations were had in the presence of Customer Champions as well as Leaders from Freshworks.
The day was packed with insightful sessions, product demos, feature highlights, and module walkthroughs that focused on Freshworks EX and CX product vision, led by Freshworks Leaders - Thanashyam Raj and Joy Su.

A Fireside chat with Disha, and our customers - Zebb Seabrook from Evergreen Health, and Ashish Mathur from Edifecs. They covered business challenges and how Freshworks solutions enabled them to overcome them.
These customer stories helped the audience understand where they are at in their own business journey, which fueled conversations during the networking sessions.
