Approval function missing "Content unavailable"

Hello 

I’m trying out some approval WFAs and noticed that the option/result for the approver are missing. -

It only say “Content unavailable”
I see the status of the approval and have the option to approve.

Hi @daniel.soderlund I am experiencing the same thing. Do you have an example of what should be displayed where it says “Content Unavailable”?

Ahh so it contains the content of the approval email. Looks like a bug to me! Tag @sanofar.allahpichai maybe she can help.

@zachary.king @Daniel Söderlund I found that this happens when the Ticket Approval email notification is turned off: 

 

Once that is turned on, approvals work properly!
