Hey, 

In some tickets we are experiencing our answer in a yellow box. After that all our answers are in a yellow box and the answer is no longer visible in the ticket when the client uses the portal. We are not using notes, just replying. It doesn’t happen all the time in all tickets.

I had this once, but that was linked to browser capability and cache, suggest you try first :

  1. Browser Compatibility: Verify if the issue persists across different browsers. This can help identify if it’s a browser-specific problem.
  2. Clear Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, clearing the browser’s cache and cookies can resolve display issues

if still the same i would think it might be better to contact support, or perhaps you have a new feature that no one has yet in your setup 😅
