Changing Field Positions in the Properties section on Ticket Details Page

Does anyone know whether it’s possible to change the position of the fields displayed in properties on the ticket details page? Example….we’d like to move the Site(s) field (aka Location) towards the top of the list so at a glance you can see which office is requesting something.

Unfortunately there is no possibility to do this. All default fields are listed above the custom fields in field manager. Only custom fields can be moved around in field manager. You can “achieve this” by hiding all the other standard fields above but that’s not so practicable. 😟

Definitely wish this was a feature! @dehaege I would suggest raising this as an Idea here. Then we can all vote on it and hopefully get it in front of the product team.
