Hi all,

we are currently looking into the topic of summaries for our agents to be able to get a quick info about the status of the ticket and what may have been done already.

We found that there is a summary option, but this is only for agents who have the Freddy AI subscription as well.

Is there a way to enable the summary field for all agents without having the Freddy subscription?
