Hi all,


Wondering how people organise the tickets/service requests for loan items that you manage?  Given that the ticket status and loan item Stage status don't appear to have any interaction, we have needed to use additional custom Status settings for "Awaiting Loan" and "On Loan", to avoid having multiple upcoming requests cluttering the open status tickets lists, but still have to change the Stage of the loan on top of this.  Anyone have suggestions on improving this workflow?

We have asked for a calendar view so we can physically book loaner items for a selectable period of dates for individual requesters. We also want to be able to see loaner items booked on a calendar view.




Would love to see this too.

Also, if a loaner is returned early or a mistake on the loaner request, how does one clear the loaner to make it available again?




@Tony From my experimentation, it seems Cancelled frees up the resource; Returned does not.

You can also free up an asset by marking it as Returned and editing the TO time to whenever it was returned.
