Load user details in request form

Hello @RodS I am not familiar with a way to do this with the current functionality. This is a fantastic idea though. I have been asking for the ability to customize and build custom applications for the support portal for awhile. They have brought some of that functionality into the Freshdesk support portal but it has not made its way to Freshservice yet.

I’d suggest raising a new Idea here so that we can upvote it.
