Merge Ticket Automation Cleanup Ideas?


I have CRM alerts sent to Fresh Service for my team to monitor when something is off. If five different tickets are sent, and I decide I want to merge four of them into just one ticket for reporting and cleanup. However, I need to ensure that the status on the four merged tickets gets updated to “Merged,” so I can exclude them from weekly reporting, and the downside is going in and updating this manually... every...single...time.

Does anyone have a workflow automator they use for situations like this?
