Is there anyway to increase the ticket view ?

At the moment you can only see a maximum of 30 tickets, but it would be usefull to see more (50/100/250) etc as is standard with most things?

At the moment the maximum is 30, but from talks with my Account Manager I believe they are working on increasing that number. Not sure of how many though.
