Hello,

How can I check if ticket “To Emails” is abv.Gmail.com inside a workflow? It appears that the mail should be added somewhere in the FreshService, otherwise it appears that the mail is not found and the workflow cannot be triggered?

You shouldn’t need to do add it to Freshservice but you do it by creating a requester with that e-mail adress. 

If you type in the e-mail in the condition node and just click outside it should save it.
