Is it possible to to make it mandatory for a Tag to be entered in order to resolving a ticket?

I understand that you would like to make the field "Tag” a mandatory one while resolving/ closing a ticket. This can be achieved using a marketplace app of Freshdesk, Link for the app: https://www.freshworks.com/apps/freshdesk/options_based_required_fields/

So I got it installed and set it up like the example but I was still able to send/resolve a ticket with the tag field not populated… am I missing something else?

Hi, 

I think you need to configure it for Based on Status 
I haven’t tried it but I would think it will only check if there are any tag added and not one particular.
