Has anyone deployed a series of quizzes on the knowledge base articles. We will be using this for an internal solution and quizzing on knowledge would be great.

Hi Steve, that’s an interesting idea. Currently, we don’t have an option to create quizzes out of the knowledge base articles. When I was surfing along the lines to know more about how this can be achieved, I came across this tool - quizbot.com which lets you create quizzes from text articles.
For the time being, you can definitely have this checked to see if that would be helpful in your case. That said if you could share an elaborate use case on how you’d want the quizzes to be, where they can be used and any more specifics, we can pass it on to our product team and check if we can bring this up in the future.

In our situation, we have a knowledge base that is our entire business model. We teach this model to our franchisees.
We would love to incentivize those franchisee owners who read all the articles, watch all the videos and listen to all the audios we put out there as training. The benefit to us is reduced support cost associated with training the same material. So it’s a win win.
We would love to take the content of those articles and create quizzes at the end of each page and category. Calculate a score for each and and overall score. From this score we would produce benefits for our franchisees
