Hi! I was wondering if there’s a way to create a widget in Analytics with a specific template that lets you include tickets with specific tags but also allows you to add notes on the side, next to the specific tickets.
Anyone?

Just to double check I understand your inquiry:
Do you mean like Interactive widgets but with free text area?
I don’t think that currently exists. There are interactive widgets; you can actually specify which fields (of some) can be part of that, but it goes more like for dates/months, agents, groups, etc. but not for typing data alongside.
When you query a widget, you can go to the Underlaying data, and see the ticket list that is part of the data, and click on the ticket number and it will take you to the ticket and you could add more tags or update the ticket if needed, but I understand this is not what you are expecting.
