List of reopened tickets?

Forum|alt.badge.img

How can I generate a report of the ticket numbers that are counted in the Curated Group Performance for the last 29 days report?  We see that one group has a much higher frequency of reopened tickets, so I’d like to know which ones were counted to do some investigation into it.

Ideally I’d like to run reports such as that with the ability to filter by different groups and time frames.

Hello @SunnyStPete

Welcome to Freshworks Community. I hope you are doing well:)

I understand that you want to generate a report from the Group Performance Curated report containing all the Ticket IDs for all the tickets for the last 29 days.

If yes, this is possible by applying the required filters and then exporting the data in the Tabular data.

I’m adding a videograb here for your reference that might help:

Feel free to drop in a note for any queries/concerns I’d be happy to help.

Hi @SunnyStPete,

Welcome to the Freshworks Community!

I understand you are looking to extract custom reports for the Ticket Reopened count, this is possible using the Custom Reports option in Analytics, please navigate to Analytics and Create New to start creating custom reports.

Please refer to this article for better inference into the same -

I have provided the link to a test set-up of this in your Analytics to extract this data based on the same-

I hope this helps, if you have any further queries please let me know, we will be happy to assist.

Cheers!
