- Asset Location Sync: When a user is updated or created, the app sets the location of the user's assets to the user's location.

- Ticket Bridge: Send a ticket to another Freshservice environment

- Outbound Email Sender: If an agent creates a ticket for a requester, the requester will be notified that the ticket has been created.
