Power Bi (Growth plan) schedule alternative?

Hi everyone,

 

want to ask if someone can help me with this. We have FreshService Growth plan. However, this version doesn’t include the option to schedule reports and get an API link for that report.

As I am using Power Bi to produce a dashboard that is reviewed weekly, I have to export the report manually, make some changes and at some times, recreate my reports.

I connected Power BI directly to FreshService, but I still need to create relationships and queries, which I have not started yet.

Having that API link for the report will make it a lot easier as I can just refresh my workplace and get more updated information without so many steps.

 

Any ideas or suggestions?

Discard my question or delete it. I found what I needed with the FS API.

ya for Growth you need to use API. Schedule reports is a higher tier feature.
