Can Freshdesk’s scheduler function as a reservation system? I need to allow my teachers to reserve our shared computer carts; any way to leverage Freshdesk as a solution?

Freshdesk Scheduling Dashboard will need manual intervention on your part where a support agent has to assign the computers to the teachers and keep a track of the assigned devices.
Freshservice would be better suited for this request.
You can use the Loaner Service Item functionality within Freshservice for your requirement.
