I notice that other similar topics exist since earlier. However, this issue started for us just now after the recent big update just the other day.
When removing the only remaining letter of a word using backspace, Freshdesk also removes the preceding backspace, moving me to the end of the previous word instead. Is this a reintroduced bug?
This seems to only happen while replying to a ticket, not while creating one.
Would appreciate any help!
