Auto BCC feature is not working

Normally, when we cc the group email add, we get the email in our personal accounts. Now, I have enabled the auto bcc feature but I am not able to see the emails in my personal account.

 

Is there a difference in the way Freshdesk handles cc and bcc?

Is there a way to do an auto cc instead?

@arriane, good day! Can you confirm if you added the group email ID in the following section by navigating to Admin > Email > Advanced email settings?

Automatic BCC

Can you once open any ticket and click on the ‘reply’ button to see if the email is added in the BCC section? Kindly share the screenshot of email settings so that we can help you further on this front.

Hello Keer,

Yes, we have added the group email in Admin > Email > Advanced email settings.

We can also see the group email ID whenever we open or reply to emails, however, we are not receiving the emails in our personal accounts.
