Contact not hard deleting

Hi Guys,

I hard deleted a contact on Friday to be able to create a Agent account for the user. But the contact is still deleting , is there any way to sped up the process?

Hello @mc-spike, I hope you are doing well. The contact deletion time is directly proportionate to the attachments, tickets and other date associated with the user profile. If the intention is to convert a contact to  an agent, you can simply use the button in the contact profile : 

 

Convert to Agent

In this case, let’s have a ticket created on your behalf to check this further :) Thanks!

Hello @mc-spike, We’ve restored the contact from the backend with the help of our developers. I’ve dropped a mail to you regarding this as well. You should now be able to convert the contact to an agent.
