Depending on your source help desk, importing purchase orders requires a custom migration. Your best option is to map purchase orders as service requests.
Among all available apps on Freshworks, Help Desk Migration is one of the few apps that offers custom mapping. However, you need to consider a few things before data import:

If you want to import all data from your old system

If you require other custom work

If you have already set up and used Freshservice (* that would require additional steps before migration as turning off notifications, Priority Matrix, workflows, automations, etc.)
