I installed the Discovery Agent in my Win laptop, but the asset is not reporting in FS.

The initial thoughts on this would be:
Are you on a corporate network? Are you behind a proxy? Can you double check and ensure you have access to the FE URLs and Ports ?

No, I’m at home, no proxy and normal access to the FE URLs and ports.
Btw, I tried uninstall and install before and didn’t work, but did this again and now it worked.
I don’t know what was “blocking”.
