I try this code and it return this error '{"message":"We're sorry, but something went wrong."}'image

    Looks like the email_config_id  value is set to 1 , which wouldn't be the case. As posted on the other topic, you can use this api to retrieve the email_config_id values -> https://developer.freshdesk.com/api/#list_all_email_configs
