Merge Tickets then Automatically Open Primary Ticket and Change to Open Status

Is it possible to Merge tickets, defining the Primary ticket, once this is done, is it possible to have the primary ticket automatically open and also set the status to open, we search for Open tickets. Regards

    You can do this with the help of an Observer rule. Here's a thread on adding a tag to the merged tickets, that you can modify and get it to work for your requirement.
