Hi any buddy help me for Custom domain mapping.


i already setup the cname and txt records and also create the subdomain on my hosting.


but still not working .

please give me suggestion. as soon as possible. i m using godaddy hosting.

    The CNAME and TXT record seem to be set up right but looks like the privacy warning appears on the page. This is because the custom domains in Freshdesk don't come with a SSL certificate by default. You can make it https secured using a SSL certificate that's priced at $180 per portal per year. If you'd like to add a SSL certificate for your custom domain, please send a request using the option in the Admin -> Security section in your helpdesk.
