Has anyone else got this issue?....


Closed tickets are still showing as open in the Ticket list view, yet showing as closed in recent activity and closed in the ticket itself.


We cannot close any tickets :-(

Same issue here! I have spoken to them on livechat and they are aware of issues and are working on a fix.

And the same here.
I can't even delete tickets... they still show up in the ticketview.

And when I reply to a ticket, they still show up in the ticketview.

I hope this is solved quickly. Is not a workable situation.
