How to add ticket list to customer portal home?

Hi 


I a trying to add the list of tickets on the home page of customer portal. But {% snippet ticket_list %} is not working. Can you please assist.

    Hi Nidhi,


    Unfortunately, the ticket list snippet doesn't work with the Portal Home page. However, we can try setting up a re-direction to the tickets list page as soon as the users login to the portal. Do you think that would be a better option to try out?
