We created an AD security group for Fresh_Requesters and Fresh_Agents that provide the appropriate permissions in Freshservice. Does Fresh not allow nested groups to authenticate? Do we really have to add each individual user to the Fresh groups, because a nested group like “All Staff” doesn’t seem to work. Is there a place to manage this?
