Disable Automatic ticket generation from email


I don't want any tickets to be generated from any kind of emails.

I need an option that reads:

"Disable ticket generation from emails: ON/OFF"

Can I get this option please?

You could create a Dispatch R rule to delete any new tickets from source "Email"

Hi Andres,


"Helpdesk Restriction" feature in freshdesk should help you solve your problem. You could use this feature to allow only users from a whitelisted domain to be able to clear tickets. Please refer to the link below for more details.

I cannot see the "Helpdesk Restriction" feature in freshdesk Blossom Plan.

The feature is available from the Estate and Forest plan . Sorry to say that the feature is not available in your current subscription.
