how to make mobile responsive theme in customization of support portal

Hello.

I customized a support portal by editing stylesheet and layout.

I finished the customization and it is perfect in all devices except for mobile device.

They are broken in mobile.

How should I change the style of mobile so that mobile looks perfect too.
