Our Agents are reporting:
The Close button on the placeholders popup in the canned response is hidden.
It’s totally hidden on my “widescreen” monitor:
A just about clickable on my 4:3 one:
You can grab the top of the dialog box, then drag it as a workaround.

Typically, the “Close” button on the placeholders popup in the canned response is shown in the middle of the screen as seen in the screenshot below.

The red [x] is the Close button. You can see that it is obscured by the menu/title bar area. The screen grab above is a widescreen; the grab below is from a 4:3 ratio.
in both cases, the X is obscured.
If its set right and yet the ‘x’ is not prompted right, please write to us at support@freshdesk.com and our support ninjas will be happy to investigate this further for you.
