Lots of great stuff to do next year in terms of team development. Many of my more seasoned employees have been promoted to other positions creating room for newer employees to move into higher tiered positions.

On the FreshService side, I have been playing with Status Pages - looking forward to having multiple status pages - I’d like one for internal services and one for external users. Having the ability to have two pages instead of just one will allow me to target the page for the proper audience.

Another year closes out on doing Freshservice full time. It’s been a privilege to work with customers old and new, and meet their business challenges with clever solutions and Freshservice.

Next year professionally, I’ll be focusing on growing our practice and content. Adding to the body of knowledge for Freshservice (Check us out on Youtube!) and i’m envisioning great things

Unfortunately my organization has gone through a significant downsizing, so our forward development on FS has been more or less “stopped” and my position was eliminated/was moved into a different position to gear towards other tools to benefits our business in other ways (very hard pill for me to swallow as there is so much more we can be doing but at least I’m not unemployed).

I’m looking forward over the next year to be able to call other automations and/or looping to allow for things to happen a little more organically. I’ve gotten around a few loops via using Powershell commands to do things like group removal from a user during offboarding but being able to do it natively would reduce administrative overhead over the long haul.

I’m also hoping that my bug that’s been open for over a year that has decimal values dropping the last 0 after the period will be fixed (Think money….. $100.90 shows up after submitting a service item as $100.9).  Fingers crossed!

Awesome, loving your spirit  😊 Wishing that every day of 2025 is as joyful as the one in the GIF (I know, a bit ambitious, but I’m wishing for it anyway! 😜). Best of luck with all your projects, @Tabitha !!!

Happy Holidays!!!

2024 was a roller-coaster ride, but with a successful migration of a Change Management process from on old ITSM tool to Freshservice under the belt, I feel we are ready to mature our service delivery and really start to drive value for the organization. My biggest hurdle, a robust CMDB. I am hopeful that Freshservice and the continued support of this community will help me achieve an enterprise-grade CMDB that I can leverage across all of our ITSM processes.

A warm heart-filled thanks to every one of you for all your generous help. I thoroughly enjoyed our virtual meet-ups, chats, and conversations. This community is EPIC!

Here’s to 2025! Cheers!
