These seminars are amazing. I would sacrifice all these seminars for the ability to search within attachments and the body of the tickets.

Will there be any events discussing using API calls to make/edit tickets? I’ve run into a lot of peculiarities that the existing documentation doesn’t cover,  but the API is super helpful! Would love more info
