Can we upgrade at any time?

If we start with Sprout and have 2 agents, can we upgrade/downgrade at any time?

If we pay for a year at a lower package, will it just pro-rate for the next package going up?

    Yes, you can upgrade/downgrade anytime, you will be charged on Pro-rata basis.

    Hello.


    At the moment we use Sprout Plan 3 Agents Free and 3 x 15 = 45 / month.

    My question is if we upgrade to a superior plan, those 3 agents will still be free? And will pay for only for the 3 extra agents?

    Hi Romeo,


    3 free agents is applicable only in Sprout Plan. One you upgrade to a higher plan which has more features, The 3 free agents is not applicable and you would be billed for the total number of agents you have subscribed.
