I am reviewing this project and I want to know if  I have the ability to create different ticket types and custom fields within these custom tickets.



Custom fields can be created. Apart from that it is essential to decide which plan you are looking at. The possibilities vary per plan. 




We are looking at the trial of the Estate plan. I've been able to figure out some of the features. However, I do have a lot of questions. What is the best way that I can contact you guys to go over the product more in-depth?
