Change the font on all sheets by selecting all cells and changing the font. Select all worksheets by clicking on the leftmost tab, holding down the Shift key and clicking on the rightmost tab. On any of the worksheets, select all cells: ... Change the font.

No, within a single Excel file, you cannot have different fonts across different worksheets.
