Live Chat - Resolve chat experience

We have a big issue when solving that chat if the customer is away for more than 5 mins. The display chat box only show this survey and hide the last message from agent. While this is a customer failure cus they are away but they still click option “No” since they’re not able to see the last message from agent & there is no reply box.

I think FreshChat should move this survey to the top in order to not hide the last message & display the reply box at the bottom as usual.

While we understand that you need the CSAT pop up to be configured to the middle or top of the page, I can confirm we do not have a way currently to configure or customise the position of the CSAP pop up. We shall take this as a feedback to our product team.

Yes, please. This current feedback hide the latest message from agent, if customer was away and when they come back they see nothing just this survey. It feels like the agent just close the chat and left customer alone. That isn’t right.
