One of the ticket field have a drop down over 1000 items and we keep on adding them. 

 

is there a way that we can export it out and reconcile with the current list (ie, add/ modified) if needed?

If you contact support@freshworks.com they should be able to do it for you. I’ve had similar issues in the past

Yes, you can export your ticketing system's dropdown items to a CSV or Excel file for reconciliation. You can then use spreadsheet functions like `VLOOKUP` to compare and update your list based on any additions or modifications. After making necessary changes, you can import the updated list back into your ticketing system. Ensure you back up your data before making updates to prevent any loss.
