Hi,

Sometime I received ticket that have some person in CC. I answer and wait for an answer from the person in CC. But when they reply I don,t have any notification on the ticket vs if this is the requester that is replying.

How can i setup that?

to receive back the update from the email you replied, prior to that the ticket should have been created in the system with the original email. Please verify.

Hum don’t know if I understand you…

The ticket is created sending an email like that:

To: Support@email.com

From : A@email.com

CC: B@email.com

 

If A@email.com reply, I got a notification. if B@email.com reply, the answer appear on freshdesk but I don’t have any notification.  I want this notification because a lot of time i wait for an answer from the B@email.com
