I would like to ask:

How many of you are you leveraging the Project module in FreshService?

We use it in our company, and have registered several projects, following Project guidelines and procedures to document and stuff.

The usage of this module have demonstrated that there are several options to be improved in this module.

As a matter of fact, there are several requests, some similar, some complimentary, which mostly consider the needs for at least us.
