Hi there, I tried to import some companies following your process in CSV, using the right format, the right headers but the mapping fails despite multiple attempts. With Hubspot I can import Excel files and the mapping is suggested (green = fields are identified and mapped, red = fields need to be mapped manually). That would be great to simplify this process and make it simple for all 😀

 

 

Greetings @Croy. Thanks for contacting Freshworks community. Thank you for your feedback. I appreciate your suggestion regarding indicating fields that have failed to map and I will definitely pass this feedback along to the team.

However, after the import process, you will receive an email confirming whether the import was successful or not, along with any errors that may have occurred. Here’s a screenshot for your reference.
