I’m wondering if there is functionality to implement a to-do list across a group that is not related to a specific ticket? Currently there is a to do on My Dashboard. Is there a widget or app available to implement one across a group dashboard?

I have a Automation on our Freshdesk instance where a ticket is first Assigned to a group, then a Adds a tag and finally sends an Autoreply email with the assigned Agent Name as a Placeholder. The Group is setup so that Agents get assigned the ticket using the Round robin ticket assignment option. The email which is getting generated however is not showing the assigned Agent Name, and instead is just blank. I tried testing the Agent Name field with a separate Automation which runs independently of the Automation mentioned above and then the Agent Name appears. Can anyone provide me with some guidance on how I can make the Agent Name appear in the Autoreply email as the last step of my Automation?

When I choose Verified contacts, the search form states “Search verified contacts”. But when I search for a phrase I get the same results as if I’ve chosen Unverified contacts or All contacts. I get that the search function probably doesn’t take the filter in considiration but then the field shouldn’t give the indication that it does.

HI all, I have a support issue that Freshworks has not touched in 11 days. I also started a new support issue asking about the first one, four days ago. This ticket was closed by Freshdesk. My question to you: Is this the normal time I need to wait to have an answer to a question regarding this product? What response time do you normally see?

Hello community We are testing out our CSAT survey and after answering the CSAT survey questionnaire in email we are getting redirected to a page which has “{"code":"internal_error","message":"We're sorry, but something went wrong."}”. We went to the portal and tried to configure the “Thank you” page however I don’t see that as one of the listed portal pages nor does it give an option to create a new Thank you page. Hi, I'm trying to activate my custom bot, but when I click "Set Live" I simply get the error message "Error setting custom bot live." I've tried disabling the Answer Bot, and I do not have the hallway bot active. Yet I cannot activate the custom bot. I do not have any other custom bots active, either. Any ideas on how I can get this to activate?
