In the overview meeting I was in, it was explained that Freddy AI Bot currently pulls information from the catalog and solution articles. What other data sources are going to be included? Will it pull from the Assets Module? Ticket information? Active Directory once it is integrated? Other software once connected via API? Currently, I can ask Microsoft Co Pilot to generate an ASCII map of relationships between things. Will it be smart enough to do that once it has access to the Assets Module (I know I can just go into the actual relationship map in the assets module, I’m just trying to see how capable this will be)?

Our company, Flycast Partners, is a Value Added Reseller (VAR) and Professional Services organization for ITSM. We have implemented hundreds of Freshservice customers which almost always requires data migration, imports and integrations with applications. As we leveraged Powershell frequently to solve issues, a Powershell module slowly evolved. The module is open-source on Github and hosted on the Microsoft Powershell Gallery for simple installation and is free to the public to support the Freshworks community. The module has all Freshservice API endpoints mapped to date and has built-in help documentation. Once the incident is resolved to satisfaction, requester replies “thanks” and the ticket gets re-opened. Is there a way to manage this? I mean, some sort of AI checks for ex: Thanks Resolved I am happy You are a star Helpfull …. the list can go one. Similarly, if the reply is: Not resolved Not happy Issue re-occured its not working not acceptable… Based on the pre-defined responses, the tickets resolution remains or it can re-open. Please advise.

The way that COVID time seems to work, you’ll blink and it’s already 2023. However, so much is changing right now for IT support that we should be planning for the impact that factors such as employee experience, AI enablement, and enterprise service management will have on service desk resourcing levels and the skills required of our people. Please help, I am about to buy deploy it, but I found a bug, in a chatbot session, regular questions with Alphanumeric Responses, if a user answer with 2 characters/words or ‘ or space, the question is repeated again 3 times? what is the issue? did anyone had it and was able to fix this? Thanks
