Where will Freddy be able to pull information from?

In the overview meeting I was in, it was explained that Freddy AI Bot currently pulls information from the catalog and solution articles. What other data sources are going to be included? Will it pull from the Assets Module? Ticket information?Active Directory once it is integrated?Other software once connected via API?Currently, I can ask Microsoft Co Pilot to generate an ASCII map of relationships between things. Will it be smart enough to do that once it has access to the Assets Module (I know I can just go into the actual relationship map in the assets module, I’m just trying to see how capable this will be)?

AI to decide to retain "resolve" or "Open" again.

Once the incident is resolved to satisfaction, requester replies “thanks” and the ticket gets re-opened. Is there a way to manage this? I mean, some sort of AI checks for ex:Thanks Resolved I am happy You are a star Helpfull …. the list can go one.Similarly, if the reply is:Not resolved Not happy Issue re-occured its not working not acceptable… Based on the pre-defined responses, the tickets resolution remains or it can re-open.Please advise.

API Webhook for custom fields in "Document Template" Service Request

I want to create a Service Request for a Document Template and already prefill all the neccessary fields for the document. I was able to create the webhook to create the Service Request, but I’m unable to fill the custom fields in the document. I tried “custom_fields” but only get a invalid_field response. Any Idea how to acomplish this? The v2 API documentation was not very helpful.

We are testing the Enterprise plan to link the ServiceBot / Virtual Agent with our knowledge base.
