Hi, so this is a two part question. First question, we have a few senior associates as requesters and not agents, will we be able to share analytics reports with them? I searched for them under “share reports”, but couldn’t find their profiles. There is an option called share to “everyone”, I’m not sure if that will share the report with all agents and requesters, that might become a mess!! Second question, is there any metric that shows the entire time a ticket has taken, like from creation time to resolution time in business hours? TIA!!

Hi! So, one of our agents is facing an issue where the number of pending approvals is displayed as 5, but when he opens the widget, only 4 tickets are there. Tried filtering by “ticket approvals”, “change approvals” and “all approvals”, still the same mismatch prevails. Is there any reason as to why this is happening? Is it some backend issue? Coz it's been about 2-3 days, but still the same count is getting displayed. Due to this we’ve kept the approval process on hold. Any ideas or solutions are welcome!!!

Hello, in a service item I want to add a tab that, when toilet paper is selected, displays a dropdown menu. In this case, in the inventory (assets) I have all the brands of toilet paper listed, and I want the dropdown menu to appear for the user. How could I do this?

Hello,How can I make it so that when a user opens a ticket, all the tickets they have assigned appear in the "Active" section? Currently, when they open a ticket, it shows no active tickets, and I have to search for them manually.Thanks

Hi,  I recently discovered that modifying an agent's email address within our Freshservice sandbox environment also unexpectedly affects that agent's email in our production instance. I’d like to know which agent attributes or actions performed in the sandbox are automatically synchronized with the production environment? Is there any documentation detailing this specific behavior? Thanks for your help.

Hi! I’m unable to deactivate users/requesters in my sandbox environment. It works fine in prod though. Is this a limitation or is it something that I can turn OFF from my side?

You can easily do that using android multitool. It allows you to decompile, sign and recompile apk. If you want to see source code, then you should use dex-to-jar converter and convert your app to jar file.APK Sync

Hi All - I now find that we can no longer add agents to contact groups? I know this is likely by design, however has something changed as from recenet memory (evidenced by the fact that we have agents within current contact groups) we have definitely been able to add agents to contact groups. A use-case came up internally this past week with regards to new user onboarding - as our onboarding team were unable to add users to a specified a contact group. The users are agents, but (and I have also checked this) we are no longer able to add. Has anyone else experienced this?
